The Neighborhood Event Center Ribbon Cutting CeremonyDon’t miss the 2026 opening of LGHS’s award winning ‘History Alive’ Lecture Series when Pastor Anne Stapleton will share information about the new event center in Lemon Grove called “The Neighborhood”. Learn how this new institution came to be and how it is also the guardian of the Lemon Grove Incident mural. The Neighborhood will be ‘the place to be’ in March this year when Lemon Grove celebrates the 95th Anniversary of that historic event.
History Alive is a free Lecture Series presented by the Lemon Grove Historical Society. Lectures are held at the H. Lee House Cultural Center on the 1st Thursday of the month. H. Lee House is located at 3205 Olive St. in the Treganza Heritage Park where there is ample, well-lit parking. History Alive is suitable for ages 16 and over.
